Gentle ways to keep someone close

A family isn't only the people at the table today. Sometimes the person you most want on the wall is the one who isn't here anymore.

You don't have to leave them out. A family print has quiet room for them, if you'd like it — and it can be as soft or as plain as feels right to you.

A forget-me-not

The flower is the whole idea — small, blue, and exactly what its name says. Placed at the end of the row, or tucked between the people they loved, it says everything without a word.

A butterfly

For some people a butterfly feels lighter than a flower — a sense of someone still around, just in a different shape. It sits beautifully beside the plants, part of the family without needing a label.

A name, or no name

You can add their name the same as everyone else's, or leave the space wordless and let the flower speak. There's no right way. Some people want the name there in full; others prefer a quiet symbol only they'll fully understand.

However you do it, it stays gentle. Nothing loud, nothing that turns the print into a memorial — just your whole family, still together, the way you carry them anyway.
